About Cristian

Cristian Voinea has coached more than 200 businesses since 2000. Based in the Scottish Highlands, he runs Lead2Leap International, co-founded Braveheart Property Group, wrote the Unstoppable Standard trilogy and hosts the podcast What Gets You Fired Up?

His work focuses on the issues that hold businesses back: leadership, communication, mindset, ownership and wellbeing. Away from work he has won two charity boxing fights and run 300 km in 30 days.
